Evaluation Visit (no treatment):                                                no charge

The purpose of the follow-up visits is to make sure our clients are doing well… having no problems or concerns…and are happy with the results from the treatments. To optimize our clients’ results, Dr. Chavez needs to know immediately if there are any problems or concerns. Our clients can call or email anytime… or schedule appointments to meet with Dr. Chavez, at no charge.

Discount Options (available for all of our services): We have MANY discount options. Please see the section toward the bottom of this page for details.

Pricing examples for Hair Reduction, per treatment

The prices include three low-level laser treatments (Zerona) following the procedure to dramatically reduce redness and downtime.

Non-Invasive Lipo / Body Contouring for Lasting Results (Zeltiq, VaserShape)

The cost depends on the number of areas being treated:

1st area: $990

2nd area: $890

3rd area: $790

4th area: $690

Any repeated treatments in the same area are $690/treatment.

5 treatments: $3400 ($680/treatment)

10 treatments: $5900 ($590/treatment)

20 treatments: $9900 ($495/treatment)

This can be any combination of treatments/areas that meet your needs. For example, if you get the package of 20, you could do 4 treatments on 5 areas, 5 treatments on 4 areas, or whatever combination you would like. Also, you can do a combination of Zeltiq and/or VaserShape treatments--whatever best meets your needs! 

Non-Invasive Lipo for Temporary Fat Reduction (Zerona)

$990 for a series of six treatments on up to 5 areas   

Tumescent Liposuction (Laser Lipo, Power-Assisted, and/or VASER)

The cost depends on the number of areas being treated:

1st treatment area (in one treatment visit):   $3950 (ex. Lower abd.)

2nd treatment area (in one treatment visit): $3450 (ex. Upper abd.)

3rd treatment area (in one treatment visit):  $2950 (ex. Flanks)

4th treatment area (in one treatment visit):  $2450 (ex. “bra bulge”) 

Ex: lower + upper abd = $3950 + $3450 (plus tax).
 

The prices include several low-level laser treatments (Zerona) following the procedure to dramatically reduce discomfort, bruising, and swelling.

Veins

The cost depends on the size of the area being treated. The pricing options are: $190 (spot treatment), $390 (very small area), $690 (larger area, or few small areas), or $990 (full leg) per treatment.

Creative Financing Option…!

Partial “financing” (“in house”):If you purchase a package of treatments, you may pay for ½ of your total treatment cost (including tax), and then pay the remainder of your balance spread out over the course of your treatments. For example, if you purchase of package of treatments, you would pay ½ of the package price, and then pay the remaining balance over the course of the remaining treatments. This option does not apply for individual treatments. A $100 one-time fee applies. No interest will be charged.

If you do not use all of the treatments, you may apply the credit toward future/maintenance treatments, any other treatment or product we offer, or you may transfer the credit to a family member or friend (Gift Cards also available). The balance does not expire. Also, you may receive a prorated refund of the balance (discuss with us for details.)

The average number of treatments for many of these services is 6-9. After 9 treatments (same area/price), all treatments (even maintenance treatments) are ½ price!

The Small Acne Skincare Kit (normally $145) is included free with the purchase of a package of six treatments.

The Large Acne Skincare Kit (normally $195) is included free with the purchase of a package of nine treatments.

NOTE: If you purchase the Zerona temporary fat reduction treatment, and later decide to do our non-invasive lasting lipo options for the same areas (s) (Zeltiq and/or Vasersape) or our minimally invasive tumescent liposuction, we will apply ½ of your previous Zerona payments toward the tumescent liposuction (same area(s)).
