Dr. Lauren Chavez received her Medical Degree from the University of New Mexico in 1994, and has been actively practicing medicine in NM for the past 14 years.

Dr. Chavez was an Emergency Medicine physician before focusing exclusively on Laser Medicine, which she began over 7 years ago.

Dr. Chavez is a Fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, and a Diplomat of the American Board of Laser Surgery. She is an active member of the International Society of Cosmetic and Laser Surgeons, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Academy of Liposuction Surgeons.
